Regular palm shortening is a unique product which does not require hydrogenation. In its texturised form, it can be used directly to form the dough with the flour to shorten the gluten structure for the required application. This product is available with different melting point thereby allowing a suitable shortening relevant for the customer processing condition.Palm shortening can also be used for general frying purpose.
